Out of Hours & Emergency Dental Care

We’re here to support our registered patients when urgent dental problems arise outside normal practice hours.

What Counts as a Dental Emergency?

Please contact us urgently if you experience:

• Severe dental pain not relieved by medication
• Swelling of the face, gums, or jaw
• Uncontrolled bleeding
• Dental trauma (such as knocked-out or broken teeth)

Available for our Private and Denplan patients.

• Monday–Friday:6:00pm – 8:00pm
• Weekends & Bank Holidays:8:00am – 10:30am

Please note:

• This is a callback service only
• We work with other local dentists
• You may be asked to attend an alternative practice if required

Fees for Private Patients

• Out-of-hours call-out: £185
• Any treatment required will be charged separately

Payment is required at the time of your appointment.

For routine or non-urgent care, please contact us during normal opening hours or book online

Medical Emergencies

If you experience any of the following:

• Severe swelling affecting breathing or swallowing
• Heavy, uncontrolled bleeding
• Serious injury or trauma

 Attend A&E or call 999 immediately
